Terms of Service

Agreement

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies (including Shipping, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Use of the site

You may browse and shop for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t misuse the site (for example, attempting to disrupt it, scrape content at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes).

Products & descriptions

We work hard to describe and photograph our handmade pieces accurately. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and natural yarn variation. Each item is handmade, so small differences between pieces are normal and part of the craft.

Prices and availability may change. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if an item is listed incorrectly or is no longer available.

Orders & payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We’ll confirm acceptance by email or through our checkout system when the live shop is connected. Payment is due at purchase unless we arrange otherwise in writing.

Intellectual property

Site content — including photos, product names, copy, and branding — belongs to AliVaera Crochets or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AliVaera Crochets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business primarily operates (to be confirmed at launch). Disputes will be handled in courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
